Blue ray netflix issue? please help

I have this issue to long with my blue ray lately, Lately they have been adding a lot of new netflix anime shows i really want to watch BUT IT ONLY DOES THIS WHENEVER I WATCH ANIME. the option to put subtitles or change audio IS GONE! it disappeared!! Then netflix decided to give me raw japanese videos so it doesn't subtiltes and i don't have a idea of WHAT THEY ARE EVEN TALKING ABOUT! it's really annoying because i can't watch or doing anything! does anyone know how to fix this issue with the blue ray's netflix? or can you at least send me something that can help me fix it?
